                    To start the ball rolling I have managed to obtain permision from a prolific carver of Netsuke, her name is Sue Wraight. Sue's work speaks volumes, she is one of the best carvers that I have met and one of the nicest! Painstaking attention to detail is her trade mark and an eye for carving that few possess. I was lucky enough to attend a one day's course run by her and I enjoyed it immensely.
                       

Sue uses Gold leaf behind her Amber eyes.

I love this snake, just so you can appreciate the scale of her work, I have included a picture that shows it easily.
